Beverly Ann Higley, 71, of Baker City died November 13, 2015 in Baker City. A memorial service was held for Beverly on November 16, 2015 at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral with Father Robert Greiner officiating. Interment will be at the Juniper Haven Cemetery in Prineville, OR. on November 21, 2015 at 1:00 PM.\n\nBeverly was born January 9,1944 in Winooski, Vermont to Carl Jacobs Williams Jr. and Rita Florence Lymburner. During her life, Beverly enjoyed helping others, reading and cooking. She was the executive director for the American Red Cross was a member May Day and Shelter from the Storm.\n\nShe is survived by her mother, Rita F. Williams of Baker City, OR. and son Leon Antonio Higley of LaGrande, OR. and two grandchildren.\n\nBeverly is preceded in death by her father, Carl J.
