Donna Mae Switzer, 82, formerly of Canyon City, Oregon passed away on February 17, 2015 at Cherrywood Adult Foster Home in St. Helens, Oregon. There will be a graveside memorial service for Mrs. Switzer Saturday, April 25, 2015 in Dayville, Oregon at 10:00 AM. with a reception following at 1:00 PM at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Canyon City.\n\nDonna was born October 16, 1933 in Ontario, Oregon to Everett and Alveretta Boke Hutton. She attended high school in Vale, Oregon and graduated from Boise Jr. College where she took bookkeeping. Donna was a bookkeeper for Les Schwab Tire Center for 25years before retiring.\n\nShe married Thomas W. Switzer in Vale, Oregon. They raised two children, Wayne and Tamie. She was preceded in death by her husband Thomas and daughter Tamie Jo Hettinga.\n\nDonna is survived by her son, Wayne Switzer and his wife Desma, granddaughter, Brittanie Martin and her husband Matt, grandson, Josh Switzer and wife Bekah, two great grandchildren, Elijah and Elizabeth Martin and her brother and sister-in-law, Clark & Carolyn Hutton.\n\nMemorial contributions may be made to Blue Mt.
