Dorothy Rosamond

Dorothy (Dixie) May Rosamond passed away on November 29, 2023, at the age of 92. She has joined her husband, Cliff, and daughter, Rosann, in the heavens. She is survived by three children, Taylor, Julie, and Clifford Jr.; four grandchildren, Amanda, Chrissy, Arthur, and Devin; seven great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
Dorothy was born in Fall River, Massachusetts, in 1931. She moved to California with her family when she was 18. She married Cliff in 1951, and they started their family. After retirement in 1988, they moved to Haines, Oregon. She was a Haines Women’s Club member and later joined the Baker City chapter of the American Legion. She was a loving wife for nearly 50 years until her husband’s passing in 2001. She was also a loving mother, grandmother, aunt, and a cherished friend with a big heart.
Mom, you will be forever remembered and dearly missed!
