A note from Gray's West (Windy):
My heart. You all have touched my heart.
Let me explain, Floyd Simonis Sr. was a man that many people loved dearly and from what I understand he was a man who would help everyone, no matter what. The stories I have been told about this kind and generous man make me wish I would have known him in this lifetime, but maybe I will be one of the lucky ones who gets the privilege to know him in the next. That being said, he had some very amazing friends and family members as well... everyone who has chipped in to take care of Floyd after his passing are angels and not because they have gathered money for his expenses, but because of the love they radiate for this man; how can you be anything less than an angel if you have that much love for someone?
The friends and family that have helped, and I apologize I don't have a list of names right now, are appreciated very much on our side from the financial side of things. But, more than that I appreciate the warmth you shared and the way you touched my soul. You have restored my faith in people today. Just promise me, you will rest easy knowing you helped take care of Floyd Simonis Sr. until the end. And please let us know if there is anything we can do for you.
With lots of love,
Windy & the rest of Gray's
P.S. Now on to the Obituary....
