Gilbert Lopez Obituary (1947

Gilbert Lopez, 69, of Baker City, Oregon passed away at his residence on June 6, 2017. A memorial service will be held for Gilbert at 2627 Church St., Baker City, Oregon at 2:00 PM on June 18, 2017. Arrangements have been entrusted to Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel. Octavino Lopez and Esmeralda (Garcia) Lopez welcomed Gilbert into the world on June 24, 1947 in Barstow, California. He attended and graduated from Barstow High School and worked as a dishwasher until he retired in 1981. He married Jewel Seiber on September 3, 1987 in Las Vegas. Gilbert's hobbies included fishing, completing puzzles and fill-it-in puzzle books, frequenting yard sales, watching games shows and following sports. Gilbert is survived by his wife Jewel Lopez and sons Mike Rogers and George Morris all of Baker City, Oregon. Contributions may be made to Gray's West & Co. to assist the family with the final arrangement expenses.
