Joyce Yvonne Stout-Price, 81, of Baker City, Oregon passed away at her residence in Settler's Park Assisted Living on February 28, 2023. Joyce was born on August 29, 1941, in Wilkie, Saskatchewan, Canada to Anna Caroline (Baron) Stout and John Harris Stout. She worked as the Bakery Manager at Safeway & Albertsons for 27 years, retiring in 1993. In Carson City, Nevada Joyce married Dick J. Price in 1993; she enjoyed reading, writing, working on puzzles, crafting, and hiking in her spare time. She is survived by her daughter, Teresa Plummer of Richland, Oregon, son, Larry Ulrich of Priest River, Idaho, step-daughter Nancy Tolman of Hot Springs, Montana, sisters Loretta Ellett of The Dalles, Oregon, Patricia Jones of Mosier, Oregon, Sharon R. Stout of Dayton, Nevada, brothers, Stanley Stout of The Dalles, Oregon and Wayne Stout of Maupin, Oregon. She is also survived by four grandchildren. Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Dick J. Price and her sons Michael J. White and Dwain D. Ulrich.
