Kristin "Kris" Barr, 70, of Baker City, Oregon, passed away at her residence with her loving family by her side on August 26, 2020. A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, September 2, 2020, beginning at 4:00 PM at the Haines Stampede Rodeo Arena. Doug Connelly, Scott Knox, and Greg Pierce will be officiating the service. A reception will be held after the conclusion of the Celebration of Life, the location address will be printed in the memorial folders at the service.
