Richard "Rick" Delbert Stephens, 33, of Haines, Oregon passed away on January 11, 2020, at Rock Creek near Haines, Oregon. A visitation will be held for Rick on Friday, January 17, 2020, from 12:00 Noon to 3:00 PM at Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel. A memorial service will be held at the Old North Powder Gym in North Powder, Oregon on Saturday, January 18, 2020, at 1:00 PM. Following the service, a reception will also be held at the Old North Powder Gym.
