Tracin Ryan Jay Givens, five weeks, of Baker City passed away on September 3, 2016. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 10, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Gray's West & Co. Pioneer Chapel, 1500 Dewey Ave., Baker City, OR 97814 with Gabriel Clark officiating the service. Tracin was born on July 29, 2016 to Beth Speelman and Joshua Givens in Baker City, Oregon. He was 6 pounds, 1 ounce and 19 inches long. Tracin was a very happy baby and he knew his mom and dads voice from across the room. He had a little lion cry but that only lasted until he was given his bottle or he was picked up by his mom or dad. We miss our little angel and he was taken too soon, but he will always be in our hearts. Tracin is survived by his parents Beth Speelman and Josh Givens, his brother Dylan Estabrooks, his grandparents Kelsey and Amanda Givens, his aunts Emily Speelman and Brianna Cook, his uncles Jeff and John Givens, his great-grandmother Debbie Clark and Leisa Givens, and his cousin Aislynn Cook.
